Central Comets District Sport Trial Nominations – Important Information
Students who wish to nominate for the upcoming Central District sports trials must be regularly participating in school and/or club competitions at a high level.
Please read the following information carefully before submitting a nomination:
- Nominating does not guarantee acceptance into a trial.
- Only the top five students (13–19 years) and top three students (12 years) at CPSSC will be considered.
- The age category for each trial is based on the age you will turn in 2026.
- Parents and carers are responsible for providing transport to and from all District and Regional trials.
- Trial locations will be provided on the paperwork issued to students.
- Students can be nominated for multiple sports trials if they meet the eligibility criteria for each.
- If a student’s nomination is accepted, you will receive the required District paperwork at school.
- Paperwork will be distributed approx. one week prior to each trial date.
- Parents/carers must complete this paperwork and take it with you to the trial.
- There is no cost to attend a District trial. However, Regional trials do incur a fee.
- If you are selected for a District, Met West, or State team, please notify Mrs Herring via email.
